Our associates are highly trained to assimilate with the families, developing a formative relationship designed to take the stress out of a family’s life for 1 week!

Our Services *
Since 1995, we’ve been offering interpreting services to the Central Florida themed Wish, with staff providing over 20 different languages, but we are not just an interpreting service, we often provide Wish enhancement for single adult families, medically restricted parents, incarcerated parents out on leave for their children’s wish and many more. Whatever it is that you can think of, we’ve provided service for it over our 30+ years of experience.
In addition, we provide expansive training and speaking on Fairness, Accessibility, Inclusiveness, Representative, and Customer Experience (CX).
Language & Interpreting
Corazón offers wish fulfillment and interpreting in over 20 languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Creole, Mandarin, ASL, Hindi…
Social Services
Corazón offers wish fulfillment for families that require social services assistance including, single-parents traveling with wish kids, medical rush wishes, hospital and medical visits, parents on release programs and various other social service scenarios.
Customer Experience
Training
For over 30 years, Corazón has provided an exceptional customer experience. This doesn’t happen by chance. We rigorously train our wish fulfillment experts on everything from theme park navigation to family engagement strategies in order to enhance a child’s experience on their 1 wish
FAIR Training
As a women and minority owned business (WMBO), Corazón employs up to 25 wish fulfillment experts at any given time that speak over 20 languages and have diverse backgrounds to meet your needs. We are proud of our Fair, Accessible, Inclusive, Representative wish experts and families.
